This policy applies to the website legendarneburgery.pl (the “Website”).

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Polish law.
2. What data we process and why
The Website is purely informational (presenting the menu, location and opening hours) and has no contact or registration forms. The following is processed when you use the Website:
- Server logs: Technical data collected automatically, described in section 3 (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest in ensuring the security and stability of the Website).
- Visit statistics (Google Analytics): Only with your prior, voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) - described in section 4.
3. Hosting and server logs
The Website is hosted on the servers of the hosting company OVH sp. z o.o., which acts as our processor within the European Economic Area.
For stability and security, the server automatically records in technical logs, among other things: the requested URLs, the date and time of the request, the public IP address, browser and operating system information, and the referring page (referrer). Logs are used solely to administer the server, diagnose technical problems and protect against attacks. We do not use them to identify individuals. This data is kept for up to 90 days and is then automatically deleted or anonymised.
4. Cookies and external tools
- Necessary (localStorage): The Website stores in your browser (localStorage) your choice from the cookie banner, so that we do not ask for consent on every visit.
- Analytics - Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): Started only after you click “Accept”. The tool sets cookies (including
_ga,_ga_*, valid for up to 2 years) and collects anonymised traffic statistics. Data is kept for up to 14 months and may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. If you click “Reject”, the tool is not started. - Resources from external servers: The Website loads fonts (Google Fonts) and style and script libraries (jsDelivr). To fetch them, your browser connects to these providers’ servers and sends them your IP address (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest in displaying the page correctly).
- External links: Links to Tripadvisor, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps are direct links - we do not load tracking plugins or scripts of these platforms before you go to the given address.
5. Managing your consent
The consent banner appears on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the page footer. You can also delete or block cookies at any time directly in your web browser settings.
6. Recipients of data
Recipients of data may include:
- OVH sp. z o.o. (the Website’s hosting provider),
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (GA4 analytics - only with prior consent; Google Fonts resources),
- ProspectOne Sp. z o.o. / Cloudflare Inc. (provider of the jsDelivr CDN).
We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erase your data or restrict its processing,
- object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office - Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
